Product Analyst
About The Position
We are looking for a Product Analyst with a strong background in B2C global large-scale products to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive product decisions, optimize user experience, and support business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining data visualization dashboards, identifying opportunities for product improvements.
Your insights will help shape the future of our products, impacting millions of users worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to uncover insights that drive growth, optimization, and innovation.
- Define and monitor key product metrics to assess performance and detect anomalies.
- Leverage data tools (SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, etc.) to understand user journeys and pain points across multiple markets.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and other teams to translate insights into impactful product enhancements.
- Perform competitive and industry analysis to benchmark trends and explore areas for differentiation.
- Create dashboards and reports that communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user engagement, retention, and conversion.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role, preferably in a B2C, high-scale global product environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of B2C user behavior, retention, engagement, and conversion funnel analysis - Must
• Strong SQL skills with experience in querying large datasets.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, and similar.
• Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages (nice to have).
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to drive data-backed decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
