Office Manager & Assistant to CEO - Temp position
About The Position
We are looking for an Office Manager & Assistant to CEO (full time position) to join our team for a temporary period of 8 months.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office management, including ordering groceries, office supplies, and other necessities.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Assist with ordering materials for international conferences.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Support company welfare activities, including happy hours, holiday celebrations, and employee gifts.
- Provide assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, handling invoices, and booking travel.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3- 4 years experience as an Office Manager in a tech company – Must.
- High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken) – Must.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and independent with the ability to multitask effectively – Must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Must.
