About The Position

We're looking for a results-driven PPC Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing, supporting both B2B and B2C funnels. This role requires strong hands-on experience in digital advertising, deep familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce, and the ability to analyze and report on performance data. A working knowledge of affiliate marketing is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing.

• Manage full-funnel media buying for both B2B and B2C initiatives.

• Analyze campaign performance using platforms, internal dashboards, and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

• Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

• Set up proper tracking for campaigns and conversion events (including UTM tagging, audience segments, and lead scoring).

• Work with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages that convert.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience segments, and messaging strategies.

• Collaborate on the development and optimization of affiliate campaigns; coordinate with affiliate partners to drive quality leads.

• Create weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and optimizations.

• Stay up to date with trends in paid media and affiliate marketing.

Requirements

• SaaS or tech marketing experience.

• 3+ years of experience in media buying across Google, LinkedIn, and Bing and ABM tools.

• Proven ability to manage both B2B and B2C campaigns at scale.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, especially for tracking and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance analysis.

• Solid understanding of affiliate marketing and partner performance tracking.

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.

• Self-starter who can manage projects independently and drive performance.
