PPC Campaign Manager
About The Position
We’re a fast-growing SaaS company looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to take full ownership of our lead engine. This is a hands-on, performance-first role where you'll build and run campaigns that generate real pipeline — not just MQLs.
If you’ve built LinkedIn funnels from scratch, launched campaigns on G2 and Capterra, and know your CAC from your CPL — we want to talk.Your Mission
· Own campaign execution across LinkedIn, Google and Peer Review platforms (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius)
· Launch and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs
· Build and scale affiliate & partner programs that convert
· Track and optimize performance using GA4, CRM, dashboards
· Collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging, and with Sales on lead quality and feedback loops
· Move fast, test constantly, and adopt tools (AI included) that give us an edge
Requirements
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
· 3+ years in SaaS demand generation with direct, hands-on campaign execution
· Experience running peer review campaigns (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius)
· Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.
· ABM experience — targeting, personalizing, measuring
· Strong analytical skills and an ROI mindset
· A proactive attitude and the drive to own your domain
