Revenue Operations Lead

About The Position

BIScience is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join our growing team. In this strategic role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success through data-driven insights, scalable systems, and efficient processes. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead revenue operations from the ground up in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure & Reporting

  • Build and maintain full-funnel dashboards from lead to expansion.
  • Define and enforce KPI standards across GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing).
  • Develop attribution models and campaign ROI tracking frameworks.
  • Provide real-time insights into pipeline health, sales velocity, churn, and revenue performance.

Tech Stack Ownership & Optimization

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools.
  • Implement automation, lead scoring, routing, segmentation, and lifecycle stage logic.
  • Evaluate and integrate supporting tools for outbound, enrichment, ABM, and CS engagement.

Strategic GTM Initiatives

  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve forecasting and pipeline analytics.
  • Design segmentation models and territory plans based on firmographics and intent data.
  • Build customer tiering frameworks and CS lifecycle playbooks.
  • Document and operationalize sales and CS processes for scalability and visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align Sales and Marketing on funnel definitions, lead handoff, and performance reporting.
  •  Act as a strategic partner to Marketing Ops and CS to enhance engagement strategies.
  •  Deliver training materials, onboarding guides, and documentation on GTM systems.
  • Scaling & Planning
  • Monitor capacity, ramp-up, and team productivity to support headcount planning.
  •  Track attainment of KPIs across individuals and teams.
  •  Collaborate with HR and Sales leadership to support compensation planning and performance incentives.




Requirements


  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Ops, or GTM Ops within a B2B SaaS environment
  •  Proven experience working hands-on with Salesforce and HubSpot (certifications a plus)
  •  Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  •  Demonstrated success in building or scaling GTM operations from scratch
  •  Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Executive leadership
  •  Bonus: Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Chili Piper, Gainsight
