About the Position:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and energetic experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Collaborating closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will create a pipeline of high-quality leads and arrange meetings for our sales executives. As the first point of contact for prospective BIScience customers, your contribution is essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential customers using platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital tools to build a robust lead pipeline.
  • Implement outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, personalized email outreach, and multi-channel engagement with prospects.
  • Innovate and execute strategies to enhance engagement and create new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate and understand the needs of potential customers to determine their alignment with our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system to track sales progress effectively.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including the number of calls made, emails sent, and qualified meetings scheduled.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an SDR in a tech company.
  • Experience in global market sales.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Additional languages as an advantage (especially Spanish and French).
  • Technical understanding of managing SDR-related systems.
  • Dedication, hard work, and strong self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn (non-premium) – an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar- an advantage.
